Your Agreement with lucky 911

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "lucky 911" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the lucky 911 online casino and sports betting service operated at lucky911.pro.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, including all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and communication with lucky 911. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Lucky 911 will never request your password via email, live chat, or phone.

Lucky 911 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or any other irregularity has occurred. Lucky 911 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) may apply their own transaction charges, for which lucky 911 bears no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: as displayed on the deposit page at time of transaction (denominated in PKR).
• Maximum deposit: as displayed on the deposit page, which may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal processing: Lucky 911 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Raast and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within minutes once processed.
• Withdrawal verification: lucky 911 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for a deposit may require additional documentation.

Lucky 911 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the offer-specific terms take precedence for that particular promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of the bonus amount received, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.

Bets confirmed and accepted by the lucky 911 system are binding and final. • Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional loopholes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

Lucky 911 provides its services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky 911 excludes all representations, warranties, and guarantees in relation to the platform and its services, whether express or implied.

Lucky 911 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including financial loss, loss of data, indirect or consequential loss — arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, or force majeure events.
